# Prepare and test an email

Prepare a durable message revision, preview the rendered email, and test it before a production approval is requested.

## Prepare a real message

The agent should preserve usable email formatting and images through an explicit asset path, rather than silently reducing a finished announcement to plain text. The preview must represent the message revision that will be reviewed for production.

A test destination defaults to the customer’s verified address when that is appropriate, while Fonte continues to apply its recipient and abuse protections. A successful test is evidence about that test; it is not production authorization.

## Review before approval

The review identifies the sender, exact message revision, intended audience, eligible and excluded recipients, applicable allowance treatment or estimated charge, and any remaining restriction. A forecast is not represented as a final bill or unreserved allowance.
