Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions explain how to request deletion of data connected to Fonte integrations.
Fonte Inc. and its affiliates ("Fonte", "we", "us", or "our") provide software that helps builders understand which launch and distribution sources connect to revenue. These instructions apply to data Fonte receives or stores through connected third-party services, including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and related advertising or business tools.
Deleting data from Fonte does not delete information inside Meta products, ad accounts, pages, business portfolios, or other third-party services you control. You may need to manage those services directly through their own settings.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, email privacy@fonte.is with the subject line "Data deletion request".
Include the email address you use with Fonte, your workspace or business name, and any relevant connected Meta business, page, Instagram account, or ad account if you know it.
If the request involves workspace-level or business-level data, we may need to verify that you are authorized to request deletion for that workspace or business before we act on the request.
What we delete or disconnect
When we verify a deletion request, we will delete or disconnect data under Fonte's control, which may include:
- Meta, Facebook, or Instagram authorization tokens connected to Fonte;
- connected account, business, page, Instagram account, or ad account identifiers stored by Fonte;
- cached integration metadata received from connected Meta services;
- imported or synced Meta integration data tied to the requester or workspace, where deletion is requested by an authorized workspace owner or administrator.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit records, billing records, backup integrity, or enforcing agreements.
We may also retain aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that no longer identifies a specific person or workspace.
Timing
We will review deletion requests after receipt and may contact you for verification or additional information.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a different period is required or permitted by law, security needs, or an active business relationship.
