Pay as you go stays in place. Unlimited covers Broadcast emails to the number of contacts in your plan. Covered emails do not use your free allowance. Eligible emails outside that coverage use any remaining one-time free allowance, then Pay as you go.

No. Keep subscribed, unsubscribed and inactive contacts for free. With Pay as you go, you pay per email. With Unlimited, you pay for the monthly plan size you choose. Storing more contacts adds no charge.

Your organization gets 10,000 free provider-accepted eligible emails once, shared across all its workspaces and domains through its billing account. Unused emails carry forward indefinitely, with no monthly refill. Verifying another domain does not add free emails. A verified sender is required before sending. No card is required for the free allowance; paid sending requires separate payment authorization. An exhausted allowance does not receive a fresh grant when a policy changes. Your account's accepted terms identify its offer and any disclosed transition.

Pay as you go usage counts when the delivery provider accepts an eligible email for delivery. Emails blocked before sending or rejected by the provider do not count. A later bounce still counts as accepted usage. Unlimited subscription payments are separate from Pay as you go usage.

Yes. Customer-initiated Test emails use the same one-time free allowance as eligible Broadcast emails. After it is exhausted, accepted Test emails use Pay as you go. They are outside Unlimited coverage and join your ordinary usage balance, without a separate immediate card charge for each Test.

Under the new Pay as you go agreement, the full eligible unpaid balance is collected when it reaches the account's collection threshold or at billing-cycle end. At cycle end, balances below $1 carry forward. The threshold and billing dates appear in Billing. Your accepted payment agreement determines the rules for your account; Unlimited renewals are separate payments.

A paid broadcast needs sufficient approved account credit or a card authorization for its full reviewed maximum. A card authorization reserves funds and may appear as pending at your bank. Fonte collects confirmed accepted paid usage and releases unused authorization. A held broadcast has a finite financial deadline; pausing does not extend it. Billing and the payment confirmation show the authorization you are approving.

If you already included them in a broadcast, they count until this billing month ends. Next month they only count if they resubscribe and you confirm another broadcast to them. Keeping their record is free. Resubscribing alone doesn’t count.

Your plan renews each billing month at the size you chose. Billing shows your next payment and renewal date.
