The MCP reference will describe released task-oriented operations and their structured recovery behavior.
Reference boundary
A released tool reference will identify its input and durable result, the state it changes or observes, meaningful blockers, and the readback needed after uncertainty. It will document externally supported behavior, not internal HTTP endpoints or implementation topology.
No tool list is published before the MCP connection is released and exercised through the complete first-broadcast journey.
