Resolve a blocked broadcast
A blocked or uncertain operation must say what exists, what is missing, who can resolve it, and whether retrying is safe.
Report blockers as state
A readiness response can describe existing imports, message revisions, domain verification, payment readiness, and sending restrictions together without flattening them into one permanent permission. Work that is safe and useful continues while an independent prerequisite is pending.
For example: the audience and message may be ready while sending waits only on specified DNS records. The response must make clear that no production email has been sent.
Reconcile uncertainty
An uncertain mutation is not a reason to guess, repeat a send, or create a replacement operation. The agent follows the authoritative readback named by Fonte and resumes from the durable product state.
