MCP

Connect an agent client to Fonte’s hosted MCP endpoint, sign in, and verify access to the workspace you intend to use.

Use the hosted connection

Use MCP when your agent client supports a remote HTTP server and OAuth browser sign-in. Fonte hosts the connection; you do not need a local MCP process or an installed SDK.

Connect and sign in

  1. Open the client’s connection settings and add the remote HTTP endpoint above.
  2. Complete the Fonte sign-in and access approval when prompted.
  3. Have the agent read the workspaces available to your account and confirm the one you intend to use.

If the client cannot add remote HTTP MCP or complete OAuth, use a documented CLI setup route when terminal access is available.

Check that access works

Have the agent call fonte_list_workspaces with an empty argument object, then use fonte_status to check connection readiness. A tool listing or an opened sign-in page alone does not confirm account access.

If several workspaces are available, resolve the intended workspace from the returned names. The hosted connection does not save a shared workspace choice: the client keeps the selected context and passes the returned workspace slug to workspace-scoped tools.

Use the existing work

Ask the agent to keep the references returned by Fonte and read the existing state after an interruption. Account access and a successful connection check do not approve sending to your audience.
