Sending behavior and limits

A readiness result describes current prerequisites; it is not permanent authority to send. Production execution applies the applicable sender, audience, commercial, and safety checks when it occurs.

Sending requires a verified domain and review of sending access. Creating an account does not grant unrestricted production sending.

Payment authorization is required before sending beyond the included allowance.

Each organization receives 10,000 free accepted eligible emails once, shared across all its workspaces and domains through its billing account. Unused emails carry forward indefinitely, with no monthly refill. A verified sender is required before sending; verifying another domain does not add an allowance.

$0.50 per 1,000 additional accepted emails.

An email counts toward usage once it is accepted for sending. Emails that are not accepted do not count. Acceptance does not guarantee delivery or inbox placement.

An accepted email can have a later delivery outcome. Accepted sending is the usage event; delivery and inbox placement are subsequent outcomes.

Use the workspace to follow broadcast progress and recipient results. Pause and cancel controls apply to work that has not already been sent; they cannot recall email.

The one-time allowance is shared by eligible Broadcast and customer-initiated Test emails. Accepted Test emails consume remaining free emails first, then use Pay as you go. Test emails do not have a separate allowance and are outside Unlimited Broadcast coverage.

Unlimited is optional monthly Broadcast recipient coverage at the plan size you choose. Covered Broadcast emails do not consume free emails or incur Pay as you go usage. Eligible recipients outside that coverage use the remaining one-time free allowance first, then Pay as you go. Storing a contact alone does not use coverage or increase the plan.

Unlimited renews at your chosen quantity. Starting or increasing requires payment; a mid-cycle increase is prorated and commits through the next full billing cycle. Reductions and cancellation take effect at the eligible renewal after any commitment. Billing shows the quote and dates before confirmation.

Under the new Pay as you go agreement, Fonte collects the full eligible unpaid usage balance when it reaches the collection threshold shown in Billing or at billing-cycle end. At cycle end, balances below $1 carry forward. The $1 minimum is not an extra fee or free credit. A single Test email joins that balance without creating a separate immediate card charge.

A paid broadcast needs sufficient approved account credit or a card authorization for its full reviewed maximum before sending. A card authorization reserves funds and may appear as pending at your bank. Fonte collects confirmed provider-accepted paid usage and releases unused authorization. Unknown outcomes are not charged as accepted usage; later-confirmed unpaid usage follows the accepted payment agreement without charging the same usage twice.

Your signup and accepted account terms identify the offer that applies. A new policy publication, workspace, or domain does not itself replace an earlier accepted offer, reset free usage, or change an already approved send. An exhausted allowance does not receive a fresh grant because a policy changes. Previously included usage is not retroactively billed.

Existing payment agreements and approved operations retain their original rules unless a transition is disclosed and accepted as required. An older account may still show controls required by its accepted policy. Public signup does not itself grant unrestricted sending, accept paid terms, or authorize an agent to send.
